Mind you, if it stopped raining, I wouldn't be able to do nearly as much scrapping as I have been... so, I guess all of the rain has been a blessing in disguise!
Mother's Day is on its way, and goodness knows, if a certain Ma doesn't get a homemade card...she will NOT be impressed. So, I decided to take advantage of this rainy day and make her card.
YOU ARE LOVED...
{close up of 'see through' {inner punched} circle}
For this card I used my Kreaxion's Circle Cutter, paired with the stencil and positioning parts {to punch the inner circle} and Kreaxions 4in1 Punch {#305}. It is quite easy to punch the inner circle...and the end result is fantastic. I didn't layer any paper behind, so you can see right through to top of the Easel Card.
I used the SAME PUNCH {#305} to create the border along the lower portion of the card, as well as, punch the bottom corners on the top {easel} portion. There are SO MANY POSSIBILITIES with this ONE KREAXION'S PUNCH!
For a finishing touch I added some vintage flowers {brooches and earrings}, along with a twine bow and some sparkling BLING!
I'm sure my Ma will just love it!
Thanks for stopping by - and have a GREAT WEDNESDAY!!

DeleteBeautiful and so smart to take advantage of bad weather and make a card you'll need soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks Cindy! Well, I figure, as soon as the nice weather hits I will want to be outside...and OUT of my terribly HOT scrappy room!

Very pretty. I love the flowers.

Gorgeous card - love the punched circle - is it very tricky?
ReplyDeleteKatherine, it isn't so tricky... perhaps the first time, but quite easy to pick up - might take 5 minutes {if that} to punch the circle {that includes, cutting paper, marking stencil lines, cutting circle out and punching}. To get it to work you have to purchase a bit {circle cutter,stencils,positioning parts and punch}, BUT it's a one time purchase, they work with every punch Kreaxions sells. Thanks for stopping by! - Jazz
